(b) This is a Revised Notice of Substantial Shareholder's Change of Interests in UIC dated 17 June 2008 . The amendments are as follows:
Under Parts III and IV, the change in the percentage level - has been amended to reflect 12.027% instead of 12.031%, and
Under Part IV, the holdings of Substantial Shareholder, the deemed interest has been amended to reflect 165,675,005, instead of 165,718,005.
