| Footnotes | Notice is hereby given that subject to shareholders' approval being obtained for the proposed first and final ordinary dividend of 3.0 cents per share tax exempt (one-tier) for the financial year ended 31 December 2008, the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 13 May 2009 to 14 May 2009, both dates inclusive, for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Messrs Foo, Kon & Tan at 47 Hill Street #06-02, Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry Building, Singapore 179365 up to 5.00 p.m. on 12 May 2009 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the proposed dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 12 May 2009 will be entitled to the proposed dividends. The proposed dividends, if approved, will be paid on 25 May 2009. Date of Annual General Meeting: 24 April 2009. |
