b) JG Summit Holdings, Inc., which is the holding company of JG Summit Philippines Limited, is deemed to have an interest in the shares in which JG Summit Philippines Limited has an interest in; and
c) Mr John Gokongwei, Jr. is deemed to have an interest in the shares which JG Summit Holdings, Inc. has an interest in, by virtue of Mr John Gokongwei, Jr.'s interest of not less than 20% of the voting shares in JG Summit Holdings, Inc.
